The Board and Handbook callouts named Mckinley Black specifically as the one connecting; Peter Gaal and Daniel Schmidt are also TXproducts admins, so wording now refers to "whichever admin" is doing the outreach. Also swapped both callouts from the blue gradient to the existing pale-yellow controls-bg treatment, with light/dark variants.

<strong>Summary:</strong> everything below comes from directly testing and verifying LinkedIn's actual behavior this campaign. The short version:
<ul>
<li>The TXproducts Page can never connect or message someone as itself, only as whichever admin's personal profile is doing the outreach, even when reached through the Page's admin/follower tools.</li>
<li>A connection request only changes degree once it's <strong>accepted</strong>, not when sent. Message (free, unlimited) only unlocks at 1st degree.</li>
<li>Personal outreach to existing followers (see the <a href="follower_directory.html#board">Outreach Board</a>) builds relationships and content engagement, it does <strong>not</strong> add to the TXproducts follower count.</li>
<li>The free lever that does grow TXproducts followers is inviting your own personal connections to follow the Page. Restrictions like this are deliberate, LinkedIn keeps Pages from mass-contacting people to avoid turning the platform into a spam channel.</li>
<li>Premium Company Page (paid) is a "polish and light nudge" tier, not a real growth engine. The actual scalable growth product is Sponsored Content / Campaign Manager (LinkedIn Ads), a much bigger paid tier worth a real budget conversation.</li>

<h2>What Actually Grows TXproducts Followers</h2>
<div class="note">Why the restrictions above exist: LinkedIn deliberately keeps Company Pages from messaging or bulk-inviting people, letting pages mass-contact anyone would turn the platform into a spam channel fast. That is a design choice, not a gap a paid plan fills.</div>
<div class="panel">
<table class="field-table">
<tr><td class="label">Free, available now</td><td>As a Page admin, you can invite your own 1st-degree connections to follow the Page. This is the real mechanism linking personal outreach to Page growth: connect with someone → if they weren't already following, invite them → or if they mention colleagues, connect with those colleagues and invite them too.</td></tr>
<tr><td class="label">Paid, polish tier</td><td>Premium Company Page adds: auto-inviting people who engage with your posts to follow the Page, reaching followers of similar company pages, page-visitor insights (who viewed the Page), a custom call-to-action button, and AI-assisted post drafting. This is a "polish and light nudge" tier, not a real growth engine, and it's a budget conversation, not something built into this dashboard.</td></tr>
<tr><td class="label">Paid, the actual scalable growth product</td><td>Sponsored Content / Campaign Manager (LinkedIn Ads) is what LinkedIn actually sells for growing an audience at scale: paid promotion targeting people who don't follow you yet, by role, industry, seniority, and more. This is a different, much bigger paid tier than Premium Company Page, and the one worth a real budget conversation if the goal is growing TXproducts followers at scale rather than one relationship at a time.</td></tr>
<tr><td class="label">Organic, already tracked</td><td>Content quality and posting frequency drive organic reach and follows, this is what the Dashboard's Content and Growth tabs already measure.</td></tr>
