beantownbabe e68375e27b Add Conferences tab: SPIE presenter directory, Peter's itinerary, and partnership-angle tagging 
Builds a person-first presenter directory across all four SPIE Optics + Photonics 2026
sub-conferences Peter is attending, plus a curated cross-conference itinerary with
deep-dive partnership angles and value-tag (Money/Idea/Connector/Collaborator) filtering
for the shortlist of contacts worth meeting in person.
