Fix 4 Role Level calls to follow highest-authority rule, not literal rule 2
Confirmed by Mckinley 2026-09-20: when a title has a "Senior"/"Sr." qualifier AND an unambiguous higher-authority base role (Manager, named Group/Ecosystem Leader), resolve to the highest authority implied by the full title, not mechanically to IC-Senior/Lead/Principal. Corrected: Dr. Eleni Mumtsidu (Sr. Business Development Manager), Veronika Reichboth (Innovation Ecosystem Leader), Bridget Murphy (two named Group Leader titles outrank her secondary "Senior Research Scientist" credential), Dr. Ravinder Reddy Mogulla (Sr. Dy.
