Vertically center the Team member dropdown with the KPI row

alignItems: flex-end was bottom-aligning the dropdown's column against the KPI
tiles, but the dropdown has a label above it eating vertical space the KPI
tiles don't have, so the dropdown control itself sat visibly lower than the
tiles. Switched to center so both align on the same visual middle line.
