Berlin was his personal location, not the employer's HQ. Same
personal-location-vs-employer-HQ split already documented for
Rajkumar Rengaraj and Maximilian F. Company City field corrected,
Personal Location stays Berlin, confidence on the country/city
assignment downgraded from High to Medium (101/18 split, was 102/17).
