Replace pharma/aerospace verticals with 5 target divisions, add Prospect Scout

Verticals tab now reflects the corrected focus: Semiconductor (GaN/SiC),
WBG Device Manufacturer, Device Testing, Radiation Hardness, and
Research & Collaborations, replacing the old pharma/aerospace/energy set.

New Prospect Scout tab mirrors Conference Scout's pattern: a hardcoded
results snapshot from a worldwide research sweep, grouped by division,
with a verification note on sourcing/confidence per entry.
