beantownbabe 01e3eedf35 Remove unused restyle assets and stale backup file ...

The three images added in the restyle commit are not referenced
anywhere in index.html (the logo is embedded inline as base64), and
the pre-sidebar .bak backup is no longer needed now that the sidebar
version is confirmed correct.
