Add Task Input Interface as its own track card, log its build as Done
New "Task Input Interface" card (9th track) with a Done checklist row and matching note for the "Add a Task" form build: track/submitter/text form, real local Flask persistence (localhost:8507), delete with stable subtask ids, source tagging distinct from Peter's weekly imports. Relayed from the coordinator, source Mckinley-directed. Follows the same pattern as Market Intelligence's Prospect Scout entry -- every notable accomplishment gets both a dated note and a visible checklist row.

Two research sweeps produced 73 companies/institutions across 6 categories (Semiconductor Materials & Substrates, Power Electronics, WBG Device Manufacturer, Device Testing, Radiation Hardness, Research & Collaborations) — 68 genuinely new beyond Peter's original 25-company list. Outreach then enriched all 73 with named contacts: 60/73 now have a verified contact and role. Standout find: Thu Nhi Tran Caliste, Industrial Liaison Engineer on ESRF's BM05 beamline — a near-perfect match for TXproducts' X-ray topography service." }

Backed by a real local Flask app (Input Interface, localhost:8507) that persists submissions into TASKS_DATA — genuine writes, not a demo. Delete capability added too, with all 17 existing subtasks migrated to carry a stable id. Ad-hoc submissions are visually distinct from Peter's weekly Excel imports (tagged \"Input Interface (Peter)\"/\"Input Interface (Mckinley)\"). This is the first working piece of Peter's broader cloud-tool request — local only for now, cloud deployment is a later phase." }
