Mark PE companies task Done, clear stale blocked-on note for SPIE attendees

Mckinley confirmed all 12 companies have a verified contact, role, LinkedIn,
website, and CEO name. SPIE attendees is no longer blocked as a result, but
stays open until its own check is actually done.
