Sheet's own header/tab mistakenly say "Week 17-21 Aug", left over from an old template. Confirmed with Mckinley the real dates are 7-11 Sep 2026, since the task content has nothing to do with the real Week 17-21 Aug tasks already closed out. Verbatim text and typos preserved, flagged in a note rather than corrected.
TXproducts Sales & Marketing Department
Home for the department, organized into five branches:
- Team — who's on marketing/sales and their roles. See
team/. - Directory (Outreach Board) — unified outreach tracking across all lead sources. See
address_book/. - Marketing → Social Media — currently just LinkedIn. Lives at
~/Documents/linkedin_analytics/(not yet moved here). - Sales → Intelligence Board — market/competitor research feeding pitch angles and outreach hesitations. Lives at
~/Documents/market-intelligence/(not yet moved here). - Opportunities — conferences/events TXproducts is tracking, plus Conference Scout, a scheduled agent that finds new candidates weekly. See
opportunities/andagents/conference-scout/.
linkedin_analytics/ and market-intelligence/ stay at their current paths for now — linkedin_analytics runs as a launchd background service tied to its current absolute path, so it needs its plist updated before it can move safely. This folder is the skeleton the rest of the department will grow into.
