Trim PE companies note, add updated contact list address to Reports

Removed the trailing "Decided by Mckinley..." sentence from the GaN
Systems/Infineon correction note. Reports now points to the updated Phase 1
contact list (~/Downloads/Updated_Contact_List_Phase1_Mckinley.xlsx).
